At Nixon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for maximum convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
